This course is designed to equip field officers with the technical and ethical foundations required for the 2026 National Digital Revenue drive. Participants will master the Ghana Tax System, including the Modified Taxation System (MTS) and e-VAT frameworks. The curriculum covers digital onboarding tools, cybersecurity basics, and MSME support strategies. By the end of this program, officers will act as "Digital Change Agents," bridging the gap between the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and the informal sector through professional field operations, community engagement, and transparent compliance enforcement.
